Jesus quoted Deuteronomy 8:3, 6:13, 6:16 6) Discernment is critical as the devil quotes Scripture as well! Psalm 91:11-12. Proper application of the Bible is the issue! 7) Victorious disciples approach life and ministry in the power of the Holy Spirit!

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:34-35 A disciple follows Jesus in ways that cause him to love others who follow Jesus!

You are His, your act of giving simply reveals that you belong to God and are His treasure! Verse 17 2. Generous Grace-filled Giving is the Goal! A. Enough to fulfill gracious commitment! Verse 5 B.
